- Define and execute the long-term product innovation and technology vision
- Embed cybersecurity principles into every stage of the product lifecycle
- Manage a diverse team of designers, educators, and technical specialists
- Oversee the selection and security of the organization's technology stack
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align product strategy with commercial goals
Essential
- Proven track record in executive leadership within product innovation or technology
- Deep understanding of 'security-by-design' principles and cybersecurity integration
- Experience managing the full product development lifecycle from ideation to deployment
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams including Instructional Designers and SMEs
- Expertise in building and managing modern technology stacks and automation workflows
