Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term product innovation and technology vision
• Embed cybersecurity principles into every stage of the product lifecycle
• Manage a diverse team of designers, educators, and technical specialists
• Oversee the selection and security of the organization's technology stack
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align product strategy with commercial goals

Essential

• Proven track record in executive leadership within product innovation or technology
• Deep understanding of 'security-by-design' principles and cybersecurity integration
• Experience managing the full product development lifecycle from ideation to deployment
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams including Instructional Designers and SMEs
• Expertise in building and managing modern technology stacks and automation workflows
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001, or FERPA

Preferred

• Experience in the digital learning or EdTech ecosystem
• Background in vendor management and third-party security auditing
• History of driving enterprise-level growth through technological differentiation
