Key Responsibilities
- Analyze account activity within BSA/AML systems to identify and escalate suspicious patterns
- Perform comprehensive due diligence reviews for high-risk client profiles
- Facilitate the resolution of overdrawn accounts through direct client communication
- Administer collateral insurance tracking and coordinate with lending teams
- Execute legal processes including garnishments, levies, and charge-off recoveries
- Review flagged checks to mitigate fraud and ensure policy compliance
Essential
- Four-year college degree or equivalent professional work experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Exceptional precision and a meticulous approach to detailed tasks
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority requests under tight deadlines
- Capacity to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and regulatory changes
Preferred
- Previous experience working within the banking or financial services industry
- JD or legal background (JD Preferred context)
