  • Manage project portfolios, budgets, and resource allocation across the group

Essential

  • Proven track record of leading a PMO or project delivery function
  • Experience in managing complex transformation programs across IT and Operations
  • Ability to travel regularly to the Oldham office
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of project professionals
  • Expertise in establishing project governance and control frameworks

Preferred

  • Experience within the insurance or financial services sector
  • Residency in the Manchester or Greater Manchester area
