- Develop and maintain a best-in-class PMO function with rigorous governance standards
- Lead and empower a team of project managers and delivery specialists
- Collaborate with the IT and Operations Directors to execute the transformation roadmap
- Ensure all projects deliver measurable business value and align with strategic goals
- Manage project portfolios, budgets, and resource allocation across the group
Essential
- Proven track record of leading a PMO or project delivery function
- Experience in managing complex transformation programs across IT and Operations
- Ability to travel regularly to the Oldham office
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of project professionals
- Expertise in establishing project governance and control frameworks
Preferred
- Experience within the insurance or financial services sector
- Residency in the Manchester or Greater Manchester area
