Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end workflows and production-ready UI specifications
- Collaborate with Data Science to ensure AI outputs are transparent and actionable
- Maintain and expand the company design system and documentation
- Conduct user research to validate product journeys and feature expansions
- Audit shipped features to ensure alignment with design standards
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or related field
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive workflows and wireframes
- Experience creating low and high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
- Proven track record of partnering with Engineering and Data Science for implementation
- Capability to plan and execute user research and validate product hypotheses
- Experience defining and monitoring UX KPIs and success metrics
Preferred
- Experience in high-stakes healthcare or clinical data contexts
- Background in designing for AI-enabled or data-centric systems
- Experience building and documenting design systems for scale
- Ability to create narrative assets and demos for go-to-market support
