Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end workflows and production-ready UI specifications
  • Collaborate with Data Science to ensure AI outputs are transparent and actionable
  • Maintain and expand the company design system and documentation
  • Conduct user research to validate product journeys and feature expansions
  • Audit shipped features to ensure alignment with design standards

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or related field
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive workflows and wireframes
  • Experience creating low and high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
  • Proven track record of partnering with Engineering and Data Science for implementation
  • Capability to plan and execute user research and validate product hypotheses
  • Experience defining and monitoring UX KPIs and success metrics

Preferred

  • Experience in high-stakes healthcare or clinical data contexts
  • Background in designing for AI-enabled or data-centric systems
  • Experience building and documenting design systems for scale
  • Ability to create narrative assets and demos for go-to-market support
