Key Responsibilities

  • Synthesize requirements from Product, Design, and Security to prioritize engineering efforts
  • Lead the execution and resourcing of critical product features and capabilities
  • Provide direct career coaching and performance feedback to a team of engineers
  • Collaborate with Engineering Operations to enhance goal-setting and accountability frameworks
  • Observe and improve platform tooling and internal development processes
  • Align engineering output with broader company objectives and product roadmaps

Essential

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field
  • Comprehensive understanding of core computer science fundamentals
  • Proven ability to lead roadmapping and resource allocation for technical projects
  • Experience in people management with a focus on career coaching and professional development
  • Ability to work from the Oakland office three days per week (M/W/Th)

Preferred
