Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Board of Directors to establish and execute multi-year strategic goals
- Serve as the lead spokesperson for the North Vancouver business community
- Build and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities and government entities
- Oversee all internal operations including HR, finance, and administration
- Develop and implement strategies for membership retention and sponsorship growth
- Mentor and lead a high-performing professional staff
Essential
- Minimum of 7 years in a senior leadership capacity
- Experience within a chamber of commerce, professional association, or non-profit organization
- Proven track record in strategic execution and operational risk management
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth within a membership-based model
- Experience in government relations and stakeholder engagement
- Post-secondary education
Preferred
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree
- Existing network within the British Columbia business or political community
