Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and scale global cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure
- Manage the deployment of feature updates and maintenance releases to production
- Enhance 24/7 service reliability through advanced monitoring and alerting systems
- Automate operational workflows to eliminate manual toil
- Lead incident investigations and conduct thorough post-mortem reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform security and maturity
Essential
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in SRE, DevOps, or Software Development
- Extensive hands-on experience managing Microsoft Azure cloud environments
- Practical expertise with containerization technologies like Docker
- Experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes
- Deep understanding of CI/CD methodologies and pipeline management
- Experience operating and troubleshooting Azure application platforms
Preferred
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD or Azure DevOps
- Background in automating repetitive operational tasks (toil reduction)
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code principles
