Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of implementation projects from kickoff to stabilization
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations and steering committee reviews
- Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization
- Conduct go-live readiness reviews and ensure high-quality solution designs
- Mentor delivery team members and foster a culture of accountability
- Manage the transition of completed projects into long-term Managed Services
Essential
- 8 to 15 years of professional experience in technology implementation or consulting delivery
- Demonstrated history of leading complex, end-to-end software implementation programs
- Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Direct experience managing project financials, including revenue recognition and forecasting
- Proven ability to manage executive-level stakeholder relationships and handle escalations
- Experience with scope control and managing change requests
- Ability to work US shift hours (5PM-2AM or 6PM-3AM)
Preferred
- Specific experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Experience with Fonteva or Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud
- Background in consulting for associations or nonprofit organizations
