Key Responsibilities

• Translate customer vision into functional solution requirements and end-to-end designs
• Lead disruptive business innovation and digital transformation initiatives
• Drive the deployment of best-practice processes across various Lines of Business
• Provide technical leadership in ABAP, HANA, and Cloud Application Programming
• Mentor junior consultants and support line managers in team development
• Conduct solution reviews, feasibility studies, and support pre-sales activities

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 7 years of progressive experience, OR a Master’s degree with 5 years of experience
• 5 years of experience with Master Data Governance (MDG), Material Management, and Finance
• 5 years of experience in Data Quality Management (DQM) and Master Data Consolidation
• Proficiency in ABAP, Object Oriented ABAP, MDG-Workflows, and Business Rules Framework (BRF)
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) using RAP and CAP models
• Technical expertise in SQL, HANA, and Core Data Services (CDS)
• Experience with performance optimization tools like ST12, ST05, and HANA Query Analyzer
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%

Preferred

• Experience in Microsoft C#.Net and C++
• Background in Server Groupware Integration with CRM
• Proven track record in leading sub-projects or service delivery teams
• Experience in pre-sales support and delivering customer-facing workshops
