Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a multi-category medical device portfolio across the North East
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet or exceed regional targets
- Lead complex negotiations with senior NHS stakeholders and KOLs
- Coordinate with internal nursing teams to ensure successful product implementation
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of primary and secondary care opportunities
Essential
- Proven track record in medical sales within the UK
- Experience selling into Hospital (Acute Care) and NHS Community settings
- Full eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom
- Ability to negotiate with and influence senior healthcare stakeholders
- Valid driver's license for regional travel
Preferred
- Specific clinical knowledge in Respiratory or Wound Care
- Existing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the North East
- Experience with IV Therapy or Continence product lines
