- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic accounts from onboarding to renewal
- Translate client AI strategies into actionable knowledge management roadmaps
- Identify and execute on expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Cultivate executive-level relationships to ensure long-term partnership stability
- Collaborate with internal teams to turn client successes into public case studies
Essential
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS customer success or professional consulting
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise accounts
- Ability to conduct executive-level business reviews and presentations
- Strong understanding of the enterprise technology ecosystem
- Demonstrated ability to drive product adoption and expansion
- Willingness to complete a multi-stage assessment process including aptitude and functional tests
Preferred
