  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic accounts from onboarding to renewal
  • Translate client AI strategies into actionable knowledge management roadmaps
  • Identify and execute on expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Cultivate executive-level relationships to ensure long-term partnership stability
  • Collaborate with internal teams to turn client successes into public case studies

Essential

  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS customer success or professional consulting
  • Experience managing large-scale enterprise accounts
  • Ability to conduct executive-level business reviews and presentations
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise technology ecosystem
  • Demonstrated ability to drive product adoption and expansion
  • Willingness to complete a multi-stage assessment process including aptitude and functional tests

Preferred
