Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities to meet monthly and quarterly pipeline targets
- Execute multi-channel outreach strategies including cold calling, emailing, and social selling
- Maintain high data integrity within Salesforce and Outreach.io for all account engagements
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts using sales intelligence software
Essential
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a business development or sales development capacity
- Proven track record of self-motivation and the ability to work independently in unstructured environments
- Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities
- Demonstrated persistence and a positive attitude toward overcoming rejection
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to conduct early-stage qualification including budget, authority, and timeline assessments
Preferred
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms like Salesforce and Outreach.io
- Familiarity with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, or similar
