Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities to meet monthly and quarterly pipeline targets
  • Execute multi-channel outreach strategies including cold calling, emailing, and social selling
  • Maintain high data integrity within Salesforce and Outreach.io for all account engagements
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
  • Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts using sales intelligence software

Essential

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a business development or sales development capacity
  • Proven track record of self-motivation and the ability to work independently in unstructured environments
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities
  • Demonstrated persistence and a positive attitude toward overcoming rejection
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to conduct early-stage qualification including budget, authority, and timeline assessments

Preferred
