- Oversee data lakehouse architecture and streaming pipelines
- Lead the end-to-end data engineering and science functions
- Ensure data observability, correctness, and cost-efficiency

Essential
- Proven track record in a senior executive data leadership role
- Extensive experience building and scaling global data platforms
- Deep understanding of data lakehouse architecture and real-time streaming
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams of data engineers and scientists
- Ability to partner with C-suite stakeholders to align data strategy with business goals
Preferred
- Experience within the fintech or payments industry
