Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership of the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle and process improvement
  • Managing the DealHub platform and its integration with Salesforce
  • Developing and enforcing approval matrices and signing authorities
  • Advising on complex deal structures and pricing exceptions
  • Reporting on deal velocity, throughput, and SLA compliance

Essential

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk functions
  • Proven track record in a high-velocity SaaS business environment
  • Direct experience managing Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycles
  • Proficiency with Salesforce administration and DealHub (or comparable CPQ/Contracting software)
  • Ability to design and implement cross-functional governance and business rules
  • Experience establishing and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Preferred

  • Background in Finance or Legal operations
  • Experience with order management and revenue compliance standards
  • Familiarity with contract review processes and multi-entity deal structures
