Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting comprehensive site visits to document existing conditions and measure spaces
  • Developing CAD drawings, furniture layouts, and detailed construction documents
  • Creating visual renderings and designing custom signage specifications
  • Managing the flow of information between vendors, architects, and contractors
  • Maintaining the physical and digital project archives and material sample libraries

Essential

  • Bachelor of Architecture degree
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for floor plans and construction sets
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to travel to various locations within New York State
  • Willingness to undertake occasional interstate travel

Preferred

  • One or more years of professional experience in design or space planning
  • Prior experience in construction administration
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu or similar markup software
