Key Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive site visits to document existing conditions and measure spaces
- Developing CAD drawings, furniture layouts, and detailed construction documents
- Creating visual renderings and designing custom signage specifications
- Managing the flow of information between vendors, architects, and contractors
- Maintaining the physical and digital project archives and material sample libraries
Essential
- Bachelor of Architecture degree
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for floor plans and construction sets
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to travel to various locations within New York State
- Willingness to undertake occasional interstate travel
Preferred
- One or more years of professional experience in design or space planning
- Prior experience in construction administration
- Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu or similar markup software
