Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and manage various partnership contracts including sales, rush, and lottery agreements
  • Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries from producers, box offices, and ad agencies
  • Coordinate the collection and internal upload of partner marketing assets
  • Onboard new event listings and fulfill partner requests for sales and supply data
  • Optimize team workflows using project management software and AI tools

Essential

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in arts administration, theater management, or client-facing services
  • Deep understanding of the New York live entertainment landscape (Broadway and Off-Broadway)
