Key Responsibilities
- Draft and manage various partnership contracts including sales, rush, and lottery agreements
- Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries from producers, box offices, and ad agencies
- Coordinate the collection and internal upload of partner marketing assets
- Onboard new event listings and fulfill partner requests for sales and supply data
- Optimize team workflows using project management software and AI tools
Essential
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in arts administration, theater management, or client-facing services
- Deep understanding of the New York live entertainment landscape (Broadway and Off-Broadway)
- Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on extreme detail accuracy
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Slack
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-moving environment
