Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track grant proposals through the Fluxx management system
  • Coordinate logistics for program-hosted meetings and special projects
  • Liaise with other foundation departments to ensure seamless grant delivery
  • Draft and prepare materials for trustee dockets and board meetings
  • Provide direct administrative support to the Senior Program Officer

Essential

  • Ability to manage grant lifecycles from proposal to board presentation
  • Proficiency in reviewing detailed grantee reports and identifying potential issues
  • Capacity to handle budget reallocations and no-cost extensions
  • Experience in maintaining meticulous records and meeting notes
