Key Responsibilities

• Lead the final approval process for DCM and DCO designations
• Establish comprehensive policies for market surveillance and trade monitoring
• Manage all interactions and filings with the CFTC and NFA
• Oversee clearinghouse compliance including stress testing and default management
• Build and mentor a dedicated compliance and surveillance team

Essential

• Extensive experience within regulated exchanges, clearinghouses, or broker-dealers
• Deep understanding of CFTC Core Principles and NFA regulations
• Proven ability to manage regulatory reporting and examinations
• Experience with DCM (Designated Contract Market) and DCO (Derivatives Clearing Organization) processes
• US Citizen or valid US work visa

Preferred

• Previous experience as a Head of Compliance or CCO
• History of launching or operating a new regulated financial venue or ATS
• Familiarity with electronic trading systems and automated surveillance tools
• Specialized knowledge in derivatives including futures, options, and swaps
