Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data projects to solve complex business problems
- Optimize data pipelines and ELT processes in collaboration with global partners
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify market trends and anomalies
- Develop and facilitate onboarding and learning programs for the analytics team
- Translate large datasets into actionable weekly insights for stakeholders
Essential
- Proven ability to lead complex data projects from inception to completion
- Expertise in identifying and defining key business problems through data
- Experience performing deep-dive statistical analyses on large, complex datasets
- Ability to derive actionable insights on a weekly cadence
- Capability to collaborate with global Data & Analytics teams on pipeline improvements
- Strong communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders at all levels
Preferred
- Experience in the retail or luxury goods sector
- Background in developing internal training programs or workshops
