Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily operations including patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Ensure staff compliance with hospital, divisional, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate on the development of short-term and long-term unit goals

Essential
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Active New York State Registered Professional Nurse license
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience specifically in psychiatry
- Proven leadership capabilities in a healthcare setting
- Comprehensive understanding of the current healthcare landscape
- Proficiency in utilizing various computer applications for clinical management
