  • Direct daily operations including patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
  • Ensure staff compliance with hospital, divisional, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate on the development of short-term and long-term unit goals

Essential

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Active New York State Registered Professional Nurse license
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience specifically in psychiatry

  • Comprehensive understanding of the current healthcare landscape
