Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of digital technologies across major North American infrastructure projects
- Coach and mentor junior digital leads to build regional capacity and capability
- Collaborate with Business Development teams to design digital workstreams for project proposals
- Identify and translate client business requirements into technical digital delivery plans
- Advance strategic initiatives through the North American Digital Delivery Network
Essential
- Extensive experience in digital technology application within engineering project delivery
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor digital leads
- Ability to engage with senior project leadership and external clients
- Experience in proposal development and strategic planning for major pursuits
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time to client or office locations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to conduct peer reviews
Preferred
- Experience working within a global consultancy environment
- Multisector experience across Buildings, Energy, Transportation, or Water
- Advanced knowledge of automation and business intelligence in an infrastructure context
