Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive capital raising strategies targeting investment consultants
  • Act as the primary representative for the firm’s investment strategies at industry conferences and client meetings
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage the end-to-end due diligence and presentation process
  • Maintain rigorous tracking of the business development pipeline and consultant feedback via CRM
  • Analyze competitive dynamics and market shifts to refine the firm’s positioning

Essential

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years in institutional sales, consultant relations, or capital raising
  • Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses
  • Proven track record of driving asset growth within the asset management sector
  • Deep familiarity with the research and vetting processes of investment consultants
  • Willingness to travel frequently for regional coverage and client meetings

Preferred

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
  • Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation
  • Existing network of global and domestic U.S. investment consultants
