Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a sales team of four direct reports to maximize global revenue
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for international partnership opportunities
- Oversee diverse inventory including naming rights, digital extensions, and hospitality
- Collaborate with Strategy and Business Solutions to implement data-driven sales processes
- Cultivate an extensive external network of brand prospects and industry partners
Essential
- Minimum of 10 years in direct sales roles
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management and team leadership
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-year, multi-product contracts
- Demonstrated ability to exceed aggressive revenue goals
- Expertise in brand marketing and sponsorship sales
- Superior verbal and written communication abilities
