  • Lead and mentor a sales team of four direct reports to maximize global revenue
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for international partnership opportunities
  • Oversee diverse inventory including naming rights, digital extensions, and hospitality
  • Collaborate with Strategy and Business Solutions to implement data-driven sales processes
  • Cultivate an extensive external network of brand prospects and industry partners

Essential

  • Minimum of 10 years in direct sales roles
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales management and team leadership
  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-year, multi-product contracts
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed aggressive revenue goals
  • Expertise in brand marketing and sponsorship sales
  • Superior verbal and written communication abilities
