Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a sales team of four direct reports to maximize revenue
- Develop and execute a comprehensive international partnership strategy
- Negotiate high-value deals involving naming rights, digital extensions, and hospitality
- Collaborate with internal Strategy teams to implement data-driven sales approaches
- Maintain a high level of outward-facing activity with prospective global partners
Essential
- Minimum of 10 years in direct sales roles
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management and team leadership
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-year, multi-product contracts
- Demonstrated ability to exceed aggressive revenue targets
- Strong background in brand marketing and sponsorship sales
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other advanced degree
