Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a sales team of four direct reports to maximize revenue
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive international partnership strategy
  • Negotiate high-value deals involving naming rights, digital extensions, and hospitality
  • Collaborate with internal Strategy teams to implement data-driven sales approaches
  • Maintain a high level of outward-facing activity with prospective global partners

Essential

  • Minimum of 10 years in direct sales roles
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales management and team leadership
  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-year, multi-product contracts
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed aggressive revenue targets
  • Strong background in brand marketing and sponsorship sales
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other advanced degree
  • Experience in both traditional and digital-led advertising sales
