Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives through weekly 1:1s and strategy sessions
  • Provide tactical, live-deal coaching to improve win rates and deal velocity
  • Actively participate in closing high-value strategic deals
  • Oversee the onboarding and ramping of new sales hires
  • Manage revenue forecasting and ensure high visibility into the sales pipeline
  • Recruit and interview new talent to expand the sales organization

Essential

  • Proven history as a top-tier individual contributor in sales with verifiable performance metrics
  • Minimum of 2 years experience managing a team of at least 5 Account Executives
  • Extensive experience in B2B SaaS environments
  • Direct experience closing mid-market deals with an Annual Contract Value (ACV) of $30,000 or more
  • Recent experience in a full-cycle closing role (within the last 2 years)
  • Ability to work in a high-velocity, fast-paced startup environment
  • US Citizen or valid US work visa

Preferred

  • Experience transitioning SDRs into successful AE roles
  • Background in financial technology or ERP software sales
  • Experience working in a YC-backed or high-growth startup environment
