Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives through weekly 1:1s and strategy sessions
- Provide tactical, live-deal coaching to improve win rates and deal velocity
- Actively participate in closing high-value strategic deals
- Oversee the onboarding and ramping of new sales hires
- Manage revenue forecasting and ensure high visibility into the sales pipeline
- Recruit and interview new talent to expand the sales organization
Essential
- Proven history as a top-tier individual contributor in sales with verifiable performance metrics
- Minimum of 2 years experience managing a team of at least 5 Account Executives
- Extensive experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Direct experience closing mid-market deals with an Annual Contract Value (ACV) of $30,000 or more
- Recent experience in a full-cycle closing role (within the last 2 years)
- Ability to work in a high-velocity, fast-paced startup environment
- US Citizen or valid US work visa
Preferred
- Experience transitioning SDRs into successful AE roles
- Background in financial technology or ERP software sales
- Experience working in a YC-backed or high-growth startup environment
