Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end interior design projects ensuring budget and scope compliance
  • Cultivate and maintain high-trust relationships with a diverse client base
  • Mentor junior staff and conduct performance evaluations to support career growth

Essential

  • Professional degree from an accredited interior design or architecture program
  • Minimum of 10 years of post-graduate experience in a professional design studio
  • Proven history of leading complex design projects and managing key stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage project teams
  • Full authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to work regular in-person hours at the New York studio

Preferred

  • Direct professional experience within the Hospitality sector
  • Experience with 3D Studio Max
  • Proficiency in Rhino
