Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end interior design projects ensuring budget and scope compliance
- Cultivate and maintain high-trust relationships with a diverse client base
- Mentor junior staff and conduct performance evaluations to support career growth
- Review and redline all outgoing design documentation to mitigate risk
- Coordinate with external consultants, vendors, and contractors
- Support studio growth through recruitment and identifying new business opportunities
Essential
- Professional degree from an accredited interior design or architecture program
- Minimum of 10 years of post-graduate experience in a professional design studio
- Proven history of leading complex design projects and managing key stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage project teams
- Full authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work regular in-person hours at the New York studio
Preferred
- Direct professional experience within the Hospitality sector
- Experience with 3D Studio Max
- Proficiency in Rhino
