Key Responsibilities

Essential

  • Extensive experience in end-to-end M&A execution including target sourcing and closing
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of 8+ professionals
  • Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis
  • Experience presenting to executive-level committees and boards
  • Ability to work in-office at least 3 days per week at a PulsePoint location

Preferred

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree or legal background (JD Advantage role)
  • Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry
  • Background in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
