Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate inorganic growth opportunities aligned with enterprise strategy
- Lead all phases of M&A including diligence, structuring, and negotiation
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and business unit heads
- Oversee post-close integration and performance tracking to ensure value realization
- Manage and mentor a corporate development team of 8 or more associates
Essential
- Extensive experience in end-to-end M&A execution including target sourcing and closing
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of 8+ professionals
- Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis
- Experience presenting to executive-level committees and boards
- Ability to work in-office at least 3 days per week at a PulsePoint location
Preferred
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or legal background (JD Advantage role)
- Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry
- Background in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
