Essential
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in social media or digital advertising strategy
- Proven track record as a core strategist rather than a content producer or community manager
- Demonstrated ability to lead primary and secondary research initiatives
- Experience designing and facilitating stakeholder workshops and insight immersions
- Ability to develop and present high-level strategy to senior stakeholders
