Head of Revenue Operations

Key Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize the end-to-end revenue technology stack
- Lead all revenue forecasting and pipeline health reporting for the executive team
- Standardize metrics and processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Design and implement sales territories, quotas, and commission structures
- Identify and bridge operational gaps to facilitate rapid scaling
Essential
- Minimum of 5 years in Revenue, Sales, or GTM Operations within B2B SaaS
- Deep expertise in AI, data, or enterprise software sectors
- Mastery of CRM ecosystems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Proven ability to translate raw data into strategic business insights
- Residency in or ability to commute to New York City for hybrid/in-office work
- Experience managing the full revenue lifecycle including Marketing and Customer Success alignment
Preferred
- Prior experience building the RevOps function from scratch in an early-stage startup
- Direct background in the cybersecurity industry
- Experience working with top-tier venture-backed organizations
