Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and optimize the end-to-end revenue technology stack
  • Lead all revenue forecasting and pipeline health reporting for the executive team
  • Standardize metrics and processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Design and implement sales territories, quotas, and commission structures
  • Identify and bridge operational gaps to facilitate rapid scaling

Essential

  • Minimum of 5 years in Revenue, Sales, or GTM Operations within B2B SaaS
  • Deep expertise in AI, data, or enterprise software sectors
  • Mastery of CRM ecosystems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Proven ability to translate raw data into strategic business insights
  • Residency in or ability to commute to New York City for hybrid/in-office work
  • Experience managing the full revenue lifecycle including Marketing and Customer Success alignment

Preferred

  • Prior experience building the RevOps function from scratch in an early-stage startup
  • Direct background in the cybersecurity industry
  • Experience working with top-tier venture-backed organizations
