Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Product, and Design departments
- Partner with leadership to define role requirements and team structures
- Design and optimize interview processes to ensure high-quality hires
- Maintain a consistent and empathetic candidate experience
- Analyze and report on quality-of-hire and recruitment strategy metrics
Essential
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal, in-house recruiting
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for technical and product-focused roles
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closing
- Demonstrated success working in a remote environment with asynchronous communication
Preferred
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS or AI-focused startup environment
- Familiarity with Notion and Slack for project management and internal collaboration
- Ability to work effectively within United States time zones
- Experience designing and implementing interview rubrics and metrics
