Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Product, and Design departments
  • Partner with leadership to define role requirements and team structures
  • Design and optimize interview processes to ensure high-quality hires
  • Maintain a consistent and empathetic candidate experience
  • Analyze and report on quality-of-hire and recruitment strategy metrics

Essential

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal, in-house recruiting
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for technical and product-focused roles
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closing
  • Demonstrated success working in a remote environment with asynchronous communication

Preferred

  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or AI-focused startup environment
  • Familiarity with Notion and Slack for project management and internal collaboration
  • Ability to work effectively within United States time zones
  • Experience designing and implementing interview rubrics and metrics
