Key Responsibilities

  • Independently draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of revenue-generating commercial contracts.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to accelerate deal cycles while maintaining legal standards.
  • Collaborate with Information Security and Product teams to ensure contracts reflect technical and security realities.
  • Manage and organize legal workflows using contract management software.
  • Provide pragmatic legal advice that balances risk with the company's aggressive growth objectives.

Essential

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a top-tier law school
  • Active bar admission and license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience focused on drafting and negotiating commercial software and technology subscription agreements
  • Proven track record in a nationally recognized law firm or a high-growth in-house legal department
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload of diverse legal documents including MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs

Preferred

  • Experience working within the SaaS or market intelligence industry
