Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver software to improve infrastructure scalability and latency
• Maintain and optimize core systems to enhance the internal developer experience
• Automate critical operational workflows and service lifecycle management
• Manage and troubleshoot high-performance Kubernetes clusters and RPC proxies
• Provide strategic technical input to guide the infrastructure platform's roadmap

Essential

• Minimum of 5 years in infrastructure or platform engineering roles
• Strong software development background with proficiency in Go and Python
• Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker orchestration
• Operational knowledge of distributed storage systems like Ceph
• Deep understanding of Ethereum, EVM-compatible chains, and L2 architectures (Optimism, Base, Polygon)
• Experience with database management for MongoDB and Postgres
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and manage production incidents

Preferred

• Familiarity with Python’s asyncio programming model
• Experience with serverless platforms such as Vercel or Cloudflare Pages Functions
• Knowledge of L2 scaling solutions including zk-rollups, optimistic rollups, and bridges
• Experience with IPFS and blockchain RPC node management
• Background in building in-house Kubernetes clusters on bare metal
