Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of asynchronous graduate courses and micro-credentials
- Collaborate with SMEs to define learning objectives and assessments using AI tools
- Develop interactive content using Articulate Rise, H5P, and Canvas
- Apply behavioral data to implement learner nudging and just-in-time support strategies
- Mentor junior designers and oversee quality assurance workflows
- Manage project documentation and participate in agile sprint planning
Essential
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or Curriculum and Instruction
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in instructional design or eLearning development
- Expertise in asynchronous course design for graduate and adult learners
- Proficiency in Canvas LMS and SCORM-compliant authoring tools
- Deep understanding of WCAG 2.2 AA and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles
- Experience with sprint-based content development and project management workflows
Preferred
- Experience using AI-assisted design tools like Course Constructor
- Background in mentoring junior staff or leading peer review processes
- Familiarity with H5P and Articulate Rise for interactive content
