Essential
- 15–20 years of professional experience in digital technology environments
- 10+ years of hands-on expertise with WordPress at an enterprise scale
- 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity managing teams of 25 or more

- Deep understanding of security, scalability, and performance for large-scale platforms
