Key Responsibilities
- Manage a $3M+ total book of business across 15-20 accounts
- Drive full customer lifecycle including onboarding, adoption, and renewals
- Identify and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Partner with Solutions Architects to solve technical customer challenges
- Monitor and improve Net Dollar Retention (NDR) metrics
Essential
- 2-3 years of experience managing a book of business in SaaS or Developer Tools
- Proven track record of owning renewals and driving product adoption
- Ability to manage a high-touch, volume-based customer model
- Comfortable working in an early-stage, evolving startup environment
- Strong ownership instincts and a proactive 'do what it takes' mentality
Preferred
- Background in DevOps, AI, or automation products
- Experience with AI code review or developer productivity tools
- Previous experience in a Series B or fast-scaling startup
