Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of CSMs supporting SMB and Mid-Market accounts
  • Optimize onboarding, engagement, and renewal operations
  • Foster executive-level partnerships with key client stakeholders
  • Analyze performance data to mitigate churn risks and identify expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product and Clinical teams to enhance the customer experience

Essential

  • Minimum of 5 years in Customer Success or Account Management
  • At least 2 years of direct people management experience
  • Demonstrated history of driving client outcomes and managing enterprise-level accounts
  • Experience within the B2B SaaS or Health-tech sectors
  • Ability to travel occasionally for corporate events or team offsites

Preferred

  • Experience managing teams specifically focused on SMB and Mid-Market segments
  • Background in mental health services or employee benefits administration
  • Proven ability to manage complex renewals and expansion targets
