Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end performance of the 24/7 Crisis Line and Critical Incident Response services
- Develop and standardize clinical protocols and quality assurance mechanisms
- Lead and mentor a multi-tiered organization of clinical managers and frontline providers
- Partner with Product and Engineering to enhance the digital member experience for crisis services
- Represent the clinical organization in high-level customer and executive meetings
Essential
- Proven experience leading large-scale clinical operations
- Expertise in managing high-acuity services such as crisis lines or incident response
- Ability to oversee multi-layered leadership teams and frontline staff
- Experience in clinical safety, compliance, and risk management
- Ability to translate customer requirements into operational clinical models
