  • Own the end-to-end performance of the 24/7 Crisis Line and Critical Incident Response services
  • Develop and standardize clinical protocols and quality assurance mechanisms
  • Lead and mentor a multi-tiered organization of clinical managers and frontline providers
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to enhance the digital member experience for crisis services
  • Represent the clinical organization in high-level customer and executive meetings
