Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning with a focus on GTM strategy
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for CAC, cohort analysis, and channel performance
• Build and manage Looker models (LookML) to create self-service executive dashboards
• Reconcile marketing performance metrics with actual financial outcomes to ensure data integrity
• Prepare comprehensive materials for board meetings and investor due diligence

Essential

• Minimum of 6 years in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Analytics roles
• Prior experience within a SaaS or subscription-based business model
• Proven track record building dashboards and reports in BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics including CAC, LTV, payback periods, and pipeline velocity
• Hands-on experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Apollo
• Ability to synthesize complex data into narratives for executive leadership

Preferred

• Experience implementing or managing multi-touch attribution models
• Background supporting Private Equity-backed or high-growth technology companies
• Experience with board-level reporting and Quality of Earnings (QoE) style analysis
• Familiarity with SQL or data modeling (LookML)
