Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose user friction points using heatmaps and session replays
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking to maintain market leadership
  • Design and prioritize UX enhancements across the entire customer lifecycle
  • Partner with the Growth Manager to execute and analyze experimental tests
  • Advocate for user-centric changes that align with business KPIs
  • Refine product strategies based on continuous data validation

Essential

  • Proven track record in UX research, product analytics, or growth-focused funnel analysis
  • Expertise in interpreting user behavior through session recording software and heatmaps
  • Proficiency with web analytics platforms for data-driven decision making
  • Demonstrated ability to merge qualitative findings with quantitative data into cohesive strategies
  • Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments alongside Design and Engineering
  • Deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies and iterative product development
  • Ability to work within +/- 4 hours of the Central European Time (CET) zone

Preferred

  • Prior experience in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) or SMB SaaS sectors
  • Academic or professional background in behavioral psychology
