Key Responsibilities

• Architect and manage the end-to-end revenue engine across all departments
• Lead the adoption of modern revenue systems and AI-enabled tools
• Foster alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
• Develop and scale a strategic partnership and alliance network
• Provide clear, actionable insights and reporting to the Board of Directors

Essential

• Proven mastery of sales leadership frameworks and methodologies
• Experience leading a technology-enabled growth model transition
• Ability to manage the full revenue engine including new business, retention, and expansion
• Expertise in territory planning, account planning, and pipeline rigor
• Strong background in board-level communication and executive reporting
• Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships and alliances

Preferred

• Experience in high-pressure, dynamic growth environments
• Background in integrating Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success departments
• Experience with visa sponsorship processes (as indicated by the platform context)
