Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize relationships with third-party operations vendors
  • Draft and distribute company-wide communications across email and intranet
  • Act as the primary administrator for HR systems and data integrity
  • Resolve internal employee requests via JIRA and escalate complex issues
  • Analyze HR data to drive strategic improvements in people processes
  • Coordinate all aspects of the onboarding and offboarding experience

Essential

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Proven experience managing HRIS data governance and system integrations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Professional HR certification such as PHR or an equivalent credential
  • Hands-on experience with Rippling HRIS
  • Familiarity with JIRA for task management and employee ticketing
