Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize relationships with third-party operations vendors
- Draft and distribute company-wide communications across email and intranet
- Act as the primary administrator for HR systems and data integrity
- Resolve internal employee requests via JIRA and escalate complex issues
- Analyze HR data to drive strategic improvements in people processes
- Coordinate all aspects of the onboarding and offboarding experience
Essential
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Proven experience managing HRIS data governance and system integrations
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Professional HR certification such as PHR or an equivalent credential
- Hands-on experience with Rippling HRIS
- Familiarity with JIRA for task management and employee ticketing
