- Exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and opportunities
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in inbound or outbound sales environments
- Residency or ability to work within the East Coast time zone
- US Citizenship or valid work visa
- Demonstrated ability to handle de-escalation and complex problem-solving
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
- Prior experience using HubSpot CRM
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Background or interest in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry
