  • Define and lead the data science execution strategy for Workplace Solutions
  • Accelerate the deployment of predictive models for lead scoring and customer retention
  • Partner with Data Engineering to build scalable pipelines for AI use cases

  • Drive advisor productivity through intelligent insights and integrated workflows

Essential

  • 12-15 years of professional experience in data science, advanced analytics, or machine learning
  • Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership or executive capacity
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale ML initiatives in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to move analytics projects from concept to production at scale
  • Experience in financial services or workplace benefits sectors (Retirement, Wealth, or Benefits Administration)

Preferred
