  • Define and execute the product vision and long-term roadmap
  • Lead the end-to-end development process from discovery to post-launch iteration
  • Conduct deep-dive user research with clinicians, patients, and internal teams
  • Ensure all products adhere to strict healthcare security and privacy regulations
  • Balance technical feasibility with business goals and user needs

Essential

  • Minimum of 6 years in product management roles
  • At least 2 years of experience specifically within health tech or highly regulated sectors
  • Demonstrated history of launching and scaling B2B or B2B2C software products
  • Ability to navigate technical discussions regarding APIs, data modeling, and platform architecture
  • Experience making evidence-based decisions using a mix of data and user feedback
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities

  • Commitment to improving healthcare through technological innovation

Preferred

  • Direct experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and clinical workflows
