Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and long-term roadmap
- Lead the end-to-end development process from discovery to post-launch iteration
- Conduct deep-dive user research with clinicians, patients, and internal teams
- Ensure all products adhere to strict healthcare security and privacy regulations
- Balance technical feasibility with business goals and user needs
Essential
- Minimum of 6 years in product management roles
- At least 2 years of experience specifically within health tech or highly regulated sectors
- Demonstrated history of launching and scaling B2B or B2B2C software products
- Ability to navigate technical discussions regarding APIs, data modeling, and platform architecture
- Experience making evidence-based decisions using a mix of data and user feedback
- Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments
- Commitment to improving healthcare through technological innovation
Preferred
- Direct experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and clinical workflows
- Knowledge of revenue cycle management or payer/provider systems
- Familiarity with industry standards such as FHIR and HL7
- Previous experience in early or growth-stage startups
- Background in UX design collaboration for complex professional workflows
