Key Responsibilities

• Design and ship ML models for offer personalization and user targeting
• Build robust feature and training pipelines on large-scale transaction data
• Conduct rigorous incrementality experiments to quantify partner ROI
• Collaborate with engineers to productionize models via APIs and batch jobs
• Translate complex data outputs into strategic insights for stakeholders

Essential

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in data science or applied machine learning
• Proven track record of deploying ML models into production environments
• Deep expertise in recommendation systems, ranking algorithms, or personalization techniques
• Strong statistical foundation with experience in A/B testing and incrementality measurement
• Advanced proficiency in Python and its ecosystem (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, or XGBoost)
• Expert-level SQL skills for querying complex, large-scale datasets
• Experience applying causal inference methods to observational data

Preferred

• Previous experience in Fintech, Adtech, or digital marketplaces
• Background working with event-driven architectures or high-volume transaction data
• Familiarity with modern data orchestration tools like Airflow or dbt
• Experience with Spark and cloud-based data platforms (AWS/GCP)
• Knowledge of feature stores and real-time model scoring
