Key Responsibilities
- Resolve employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and policies via ServiceNow
- Execute accurate weekly and monthly audits of personnel data
- Manage the end-to-end documentation for employee onboarding and offboarding
- Update and optimize self-service content on the company intranet
- Collaborate with Legal, IT, and Finance to ensure cross-departmental alignment
Essential
- Minimum of 1 year of HR-related experience or relevant academic coursework
- Ability to work a standard 1st shift (8am-5pm) in any US time zone
- Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive employee records
- Experience managing high-volume inquiries within a ticketing system or shared services model
- Capability to process time-sensitive documentation including I-9s and unemployment claims
Preferred
- Familiarity with Workday or ServiceNow platforms
- Experience in a fully remote professional environment
- Background in a customer-service oriented HR role
