Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overarching partnership thesis and strategic roadmap
- Lead the end-to-end deal lifecycle from identification to post-close activation
- Negotiate complex Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and integration frameworks
- Align internal product and marketing priorities with external market opportunities
- Manage relationships with a council of 2000+ HCP advisors to ensure clinical relevance
Essential
- Extensive experience closing complex, long-cycle deals (6-18 months) in regulated sectors
- Deep fluency in pharma, biotech, healthcare technology, or pharma services industries
- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder maps including legal, compliance, and procurement
- Expertise in structuring revenue share, co-marketing, and enterprise expansion agreements
- Strong contract literacy with the ability to identify 'margin traps' and scope creep
- Experience driving post-signature activation and operationalizing partnerships
Preferred
- Existing network within the life sciences and pharma delivery ecosystem
- Experience working in high-growth, venture-backed technology environments
- Background in consulting or strategic business development
