Key Responsibilities

  • Audit and enhance existing operational workflows to eliminate inefficiencies
  • Coordinate and execute the end-to-end onboarding journey for new global hires

  • Liaise with international vendors and draft bilingual communications

Essential

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in remote operations or HR process management
  • Proven track record of managing HR workflows across multiple international jurisdictions
  • Bilingual proficiency with the ability to communicate fluently in both Russian and English
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects independently from inception to completion
  • High level of proficiency in maintaining HRIS platforms and internal databases

Preferred

  • Experience in a high-growth startup or fintech environment
  • Advanced knowledge of international labor compliance and documentation
