  • Oversee the comprehensive due diligence and vetting process for potential partners.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to provide data-driven insights to leadership.
  • Ensure a high-quality onboarding experience for all new partner hires.

Essential

  • Management of all phases of lateral partner recruitment
  • Coordination of candidate due diligence processes
