Key Responsibilities

• Define and evangelize the long-term design vision and user experience strategy
• Lead and inspire a large team of design managers, researchers, and strategists
• Partner with engineering and product heads to streamline development cycles

• Identify and solve for bottlenecks in the design and production workflow
• Act as a high-level advocate for design excellence across the entire organization

Essential

• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in consumer product design
• Extensive background working within design-centric organizations
• Proven track record of managing large-scale UX teams exceeding 30 members
• Demonstrated success in recruiting and retaining top-tier creative talent
• Ability to maintain a hands-on approach to design tasks when necessary
• Experience balancing structured processes with creative exploration

Preferred

• Experience in the healthcare or wellness technology sector
• Background in leading diverse teams including content strategists and researchers
• History of implementing successful design operations (DesignOps) at scale
